TaShaw---- The Born Soprano!

SERVE THE LORD WITH GLADNESS; COME BEFORE HIS PRESENCE WITH SINGING. PSALM 100:2. I am a native New Yorker, born in Staten Island, NY. God granted me the gift of singing when I was five years old, and He continues to use that gift through me today. I have been afforded the opportunity to sing with many choirs, appear on television and work with various artists. Singing is not the only gift that I am able to portray. I am a song writer, actress, model and dancer. What can I say, I just the love the performing arts.So just sit back and relax while I share some of the things that TaShaw has done. I have always love the Lord and to sing. I started singing in my church home choir(Mount Calvary Church of God in Christ S.I. NY), as I started high school I started learn more and more about community choirs so way back when I joined Staten Island Mass Choir, after that it was all she wrote. My next community choir was John Credle and True Deliverance Crusade Choir(Brooklyn NY) and I was introduced to my first live recording in Philly. Then as I traveled with that choir and went to surrounding engagements, I was introduced to a minister at the time name Kevin Bond, that man is truly annointed and I love the word of God so when he started his church I was right there and became a member of the Citadel of Praise and Worship Church (Brooklyn NY) and like my former church I joined the church choir under the direction of Ministery James Hall. In this choir there was no time for a community choir, in 2001 we did our first live recording NO JOY NO STRENGTH, which released 2006 and is in stores now. (If you get a chance go and get that cd it is truly annointed). In 2003 I moved to Las Vegas to help my grandmother. It took some time and prayer but I can proudly say that I have a church home. I am a member of Tabernacle of Praise Church(LV NV), and the saying is "It's hot at the TOP". If you are a LV resident or coming to LV and would like to stop by we have 3 worships services on Sunday 8am, 11am, and 7pm, We also have bible study on Tuesdays at 7pm. Oh course I am member of the praise team, choir and I am also the choir president. I am currently working on a solo project of my own, HELLO WHERE ARE ALL OF THE MUSICAINS IN LAS VEGAS. I really don't want to have to all the way back to NY to finish my project lol lol lol , give a girl a shout out. In my earlier years I have dance for numerous artists, modeled and have done alot of backgroud work for various artisits. It's a slow moving journey, but I know with God all things are possible, and it's in His time not mine. I will just keep my mind stayed on Him and now that everything will work out just the way He wants. Thanx for stopping by to my page may God bless you and stay encourage.
