I would love to someday be an inspiration to young girls around the world, especially ethnic women. We can do anything we put our minds to, let's uplift one another and leave the hatin' to the others ! I am artistic and I try to see the beauty in everything. My parents-for having the courage to pack their bags and belongings,leave everything they've ever known in Cape Verde Islands ,and come to the U.S. All that, just to give their four children a better life and opportunity in America. I thank them for that. They will never know how much it means to me, I know the sacrifices that were made.
