Henry Bowers / Kung Henry
Kung Henry was conceived in 1999 when the cd-r recordsatan på gatan was made. This record was produced by henry himself, exept for the track ordblind, that was produced by dj lo-kut. This cooperation was extended with the first vinyl record experimentet som gick snett, where also managern and långa skuggan appeared as producers.
The name Henry Bowers appeared with the first record in english, Master Mind. Henry Bowers is Kung Henry and Kung Henry is Henry Bowers.
In 2003, Henry participated in the poetry-slam SM (the swedish championship) in Malmö, as a part of the Uppsala-team. He won the part of "voice and movement" in this championship.
In 2004, the poetry-slam SM was arranged in Avesta. Henry participated this year too. This year he won the main, individual, part. He shared the first place together with Emil Jensen.
In 2005, henry participated in the poetry-slam SM again, this year in Gothenburg. This year he ended up at third place in the main competition.

Live
Henry Bowers appears on stage in some different settings. When the focus is on music it's together with dj lo-kut behind the turntables and farbror Ribba that plays the banjo. In this setting Henry raps over beats, performs spoken word poetry and sings county songs together with Farbror Ribba.
There are also appearances with nothing but the spoken word, and some other where only Henry and Farbror Ribba plays country songs together.
