Ferhat Albayrak, born in Istanbul in 1977, is a passionate Techno head since the beginning. Techno is the best genre to express himself in the object of beat.
In 1996, his first club experience took place in Next Club, the second electronic music club in Beyoglu, Istanbul. After Next club, and his inaugural communication experience with the crowd, Ferhat Albayrak entered to the magic world of signals : Radio.
His first adventure started with the famous Kiss FM 90.3. He pumped Techno music into the airwaves through this national broadcasting radio every weekend.
His radio adventure continued with Radio Cool 104.4, one of the first dance music radios at the time. Recognition via radio helped him to play a lots of major clubs and events in nationwide.
In 2002, he became a part of Turkey’s biggest alternative music radio and one of the biggest event organisation company, FG 93.7.
Appearing with Mauro Picotto behind the decks in that same year helped him accelerate to in becoming the Techno authority in Turkey.
The following year was also brillant for him. Not only playing in very best clubs and events, but also being featured in an article in the most respected dj magazine in the world, DJ Mag, for his attractive set in Bughole 2003, a multi-national festival organized in Solar Beach, Istanbul. Playing alongside of best DJs in the world including Jeff Mills, Mauro Picotto, Dave Clarke, Marco Bailey, Christian Varela, Samuel L. Session, Miss Kittin, Max Graham, Benny Benazzi and many others brought him huge awareness and experience to play in front of thousands.
2006 is the year he focused specially on his productions and in 2007 his first EP "WMC EP" has been released by Lost Records Canada, owned by Greg Gow, Canadian Techno Star. His appearance in WMC 2007 in Miami USA was quite succesful in order catch worldwide DJs and producers interest on his music style and his productions.
He has been "Guest DJ of the week" on Carl Cox’s respected international radio show "Global" on June 2007 and took massive feedback worldwide since the program has been broadcasted on 21 different countries all over the world.
His global career has been accelerated by taking part in world’s biggest dance music festival "Global Gathering UK" on July 2007, alongside of world’s biggest names in the industry.
His first appearance as a producer was on Carl Cox’s "King of Clubs, Six years at Space" Double CD Compilation, with his wicked track (as Mr.Cox says) "Let the game begin". This track has been supported by many Techno stars worldwide, leading by Carl Cox, before even released. Mr.Coxy continues again to support Ferhat by featuring his track "Giga Tanz" on his Ultimate Compilation released on Feb 08 by Ministry of Sound and Universal Music.
Currently, Ferhat Albayrak is spinning his regular radio show in FG 93.7 mhz every Saturday Night between 04.00 and 06.00 a.m., for more than 6 years.
Ferhat is quite confident for his global career on the future with his ability to produce "never done before" and with his talent to control the crowd and give them what they really want.
