I am in sales. More specifically, I renew home warranties. I love the outdoors but do not enjoy outdoor work. I do keep a clean home and car.I have a strong belief system but am not currently in church. I worked for the church for many years while I was in the Navy. I was called a Religious Program Specialist. I also served a tour with the Marines as the Chaplain's bodyguard. Working in the church challenges many precepts and can cause one to second guess themselves. Though my faith is firm, I was responsible for serving many different faith groups.I really enjoyed my time in the Navy. I traveled to 40 states and 33 countries. There are not many places of note that I haven't been. I have been to Israel, Paris, Romania, Rio, Spain, and Australia to name a few.I have been smoking for 4 years. I should quit but don't particular focus on it at the moment. As for drinking, I enjoy it, however, I can live without it. I adore children. Doesn't matter whose they are or their color. I love all children. I was adopted at age 3 so "blood" doesn't concern me.Most would not consider me a typical southern boy but I'm proud to be from Alabama. I don't typically wear ball caps or tee shirts. I don't own a truck or boat. I don't thrive on NASCAR or football, though I can watch both. I just don't live or die by it.I would consider myself a romantic. I love independent women, it would take one to understand my type of personality. I do not lack self confidence or suffer from low self esteem but I thoroughly enjoy pleasing the person I'm with. I'm not a fan of Valentines Day but I love to send flowers, give massages, and take walks. I'm not offended if she wants to be alone nor am I'm bothered if she interrupts something I'm engaged in.I love to read but don't let it interfere with "quality time" I read more than ten authors regularly. I love restaurants and "movies". There aren't many foods that I dislike. I'm a sucker for touching moments onscreen.I vote, and follow current events. Though I'm not outspoken politically, at times I enjoy a little debate. I don't like to argue. I always respect no and don't buy the "no, means yes" reasoning.I am a "A" personality but I do have culture and knowledge. I enjoy looking neat and professional. My daughter calls me a "metro sexual", lol
