It's a brand new day in the neighborhood

About Me

We are out of Santa Cruz California and play wild indie music. Our songs vary from fast to slow to heavy to mellow to green. Also we leave in the bite keeping things edgy and spicy. See us live and you'll understand. Yes we're subversive and passionate but we also enjoy lightening everyone's load. Who needs another downer. Our lyrics have something to say but the bottom line is we like having fun and love it when everyone feels the rush. Enough said as the stars beckon and we climb aboard.

growling and still smiling

Stuff happens.  We've been going through a rough stretch.  As any band does.  The worse has been we've lost playing three gigs.  Gigs are like food to a band and we've been denied ...

Not a happy camper on the 4th

Where we live we have fireworks on the beaches.  I'ts like a huge walking party of thousands of people and of explosions.  It's quite a sight and if you're in the party mood it can be great ...

Notes from the front- the forever war continues

Just thinking about how our nation can send off troops to occupy another country on the other side of the world.  Yet the main media topic being splashed in our faces is the latest on Paris Hilto...

Half platinum

So what gives and what is.  Are we not robots- one nation being lead to oblivion by our president who doesn't care about us.  How many people need to die in the bogus war in Iraq before we g...

Your power animal says don't forget to growl

Things are preceding as our new drummer Maia continues to learn the tunes.  Once she gets them down a little better we will be ready to some accept some gigs.  Joe has been our bass player t...

Hungry for rehearsal- ready to pounce

Our usual Tues practice didn't happen.  Amy had to work past 10pm and our drummer Maya was coming back from being away from the area.  It's not easy scheduling another rehearsal to make up f...
