Massive Management was started by Deomitris Washington and me. We have a vision of what todays entertainment industry market seems to lack... substance. We noticed how the industry was being saturated by individuals who where here today and gone tomorrow. My partner and I set out to show the world that there is fresh, raw, invigorating talent to be showcased. Our goal is to mold careers into acts that transcend cultural, generational, and racial lines. We are not in the business of creating one-hit-wonders, developing stars that reap the full benefits of their potential is what we strive to achieve.
