About Me

I am the administrator (pastor) of Holy Family Catholic Church here in Tucson. It is ironic that I am using myspace. In fact, it was at the request of a youth leader of St. Augustine's Cathedral Tucson a few years ago who suggested that I in fact put one up... I really thought it was pointless and a total waste of time. However, it is kind of fun to actually meet people and be creative all at the same time. I am careful though however not to spend to much time on Myspace. I am busy after all and need to make sure I am doing the work of the Lord and not fooling around. However, that being said, I will say that my parish is very special! I say this with some pride because it is the only parish in Tucson that has actual saints who served in our parish of Holy Family Catholic Church, Tucson. These two men served in our parish in the 1920's-1930's and were martryed in Spain during Franco's rule. On October 28, 2007 in St. Peter's square, the Vatican elevated 498 Spanish Martyrs to the level of blesseds. I took 35 parishioners from out parish to witness this once in a lifetime event and were privledged to be there in Rome as part of this magnificant celebration. Here are the two blesseds:We are certainly proud to have such a legacy in our parish family! Christian Myspace Layouts - Christian Art MySpace Layouts Christian Myspace Layouts
