I suppose my tastes in music are generally mainstream. My favourite artists and groups are Bruce Springsteen, Queen, Abba, Don Maclean, Razorlight, Sting, Blondie, John Lennon, Bob Dylan, Dido, Simon and Garfunkel (either individually or together) etc. I also like a lot of works by classical and contemporary composers such as Handel, J.S.Bach, Prokofiev, Carl Nielsen, Bela Bartok, Paul Hindemith, Gustav Holst, Brahms, early church music by such composers as Orlando Gibbons, Thomas Tallis, and Byrd. Favourite classical singers are the sopranos Emma Kirkby, Helen Hunt and the counter tenor Drew Minter.
The Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (Jim Carrey, Kate Winslett), Peter Pan (Jeremy Sumpter, Rachel Hurd-Wood) , Vanilla Sky (Tom Cruise, Penelope Cruz, Cameron Diaz), Gattaca, A.I. (Artificial Intelligence), Match Point (Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Scarlett Johansenn), Spy Kids, Carousel, West Side Story, The End of the Affair (Julianne Moore, Ralph Fiennes) ec. etc.
Not a lot on that grabs my interest.
