My Interests

We had our good times and our bad times together. As I sit back and reflect on the memories of our times spent together. I fondly remember when we were younger and we used to go outside and play sports together. As I reflect on the years it brings tears to my eyes just the though that you are gone. As I Reflect on the memories that we shared together. I fondly remember the arguments and disagreements that we use to have mainly over the kraziest of things.

I'd like to meet:

Uh oh Uh oh! We had a good time together. We got into fights most of the time but we always made up. And then we'll have another fight, we had our bad times. But now your gone and your memory still lives on. And it like you slipped right out of my hands. A 22-year-old bicyclist struck Sunday night by a Leon County deputy's patrol car has died. Timothy Lee Conn died at 11:30 Monday morning at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, 12 hours after the Leon County Sheriff's Office says he, for reasons unknown at this time, turned his bike into the path of the oncoming patrol car. The crash happened near Graham Road and State Road 20. Preliminary reports say the crash happened as DEP Charles McClure was responding to a heart attack call. He was the closest unit equipped with a heart defibrillator. SGT Chris Chase of the Leon County Sheriff's Office said, "From the preliminary results and looking into this, DEP McClure was responding to a medical scene. The bicyclist did in fact cross into his lane, into the path of the patrol car." The Sheriff's Office says DEP McClure had his emergency lights turned on when Conn was struck. Conn suffered severe head trauma during the collision. He was not wearing a helmet. At this point, fault has not been placed on either of the men until all the facts and circumstances are revealed. However, investigators on the scene say Conn's bike was not equipped with lights or reflectors, which are required by law to ride a bike at night. DEP McClure has not been placed on leave and there is no internal investigation. However, the traffic homicide unit is continuing to look into the factors leading up to the crash. Books Kenneth Reed lives on Gram Lane near State Road 20. A few years ago his son was walking and was struck by an SUV. Now a bicyclist, twenty-two-year old Timothy Conn was hit and killed by a Leon County Sheriff's Deputy responding to an emergency. "It looked like the sheriff was going pretty fast from the damage, the big holes in the window. He had to be going pretty fast," said Reed. The markings in bright colored orange paint on the road indicate the deputy was traveling West on State Road 20 when the bicyclist turned into oncoming traffic, crossing both lanes. Deputy Charles McClure, an award winning deputy, is used to investigating crash scenes, not being in the middle of them. "It's really hard when a deputy is involved in instances such as this. It's tragic for the family but we also feel pain on our side too because we have to empathize with this family; you know they've lost a loved one, and now this deputy will have to go through with this and think about the problem that is caused from this," said Leon County Sheriff's Office SGT Chris Chase Deputy McClure has worked for the sheriff's office for 18 years. He's off for the holiday but will return to work on Wednesday. Heroes
