And after doing music 15 years his way, he decided to "let go and let God", and doors have been opening ever since. Late 2003, early 2004, David started HundredFold Production, and now manages and produces G.A.S., and others TBA. David Gordon started out with a group called sporsters4, which co-wrote and produced all songs, then joined with a band named KnightsByNight which he became the leader of. In early 90's he started producing HipHop music worked with some local talent, help Shawn Keith in making it to the Appollo.In 2004 won the Grand prize for producing a beat for Barcardi Live!! In Nov 2005, G.A.S. received Honorable mention for song "Amerika", for the National Day Of Prayer songsearch.com. G.A.S. produced and recorded song for the Community Blood center called "give Blood, Give Life". All songs can be heard at the soundclick sites! The G.A.S. CD was released Dec 2005 and the G.A.S.- Compilation Vol 1 CD was released June 2006. The promotional tour will started back in January 2005 at Holy Hip Hop Awards(also 2006) in Atlanta and then on to various venues throughout the country, also have opened for groups Like MercyMe, Jeremy Camp, Sarah Kelly, and other national/local acts. The music is described as having a Mid-Dirty type sound with Christian based lyrics, uplifting choruses, and banging beats. Performances are descibed as Powerful and Moving!!! Sets can last anywhere from 5-30 minutes and are usually performed to CD instrumentals. G.A.S. Natalie's soulful and HipHopnotic sound will definately earn her a place in Christian hiphop genre!!! Ryan "Uptown" Upton, born and raised in Kansas City, Kansas, (Wyandotte County), Currently a psychology major at Park University, a member of Kansas City Baptist Temple, but most importantly a Soldier in the Army of the Lord. One of God's Annointed Soldiers to be precise. I am now Serving and ministering to inner city youth , as well as family and friends, along with the music ministry alongside my man King David, and my girl Natalie. Ryan is currently working on his freshman CD and is sure to blow the lid off of Holy Hip Hop!!!
