Originally from West Norwood in South London, I have moved around a bit living in Bethnal Green, Dagenham, Elm Park, Southend, Westcliff, Great Wakering, Pickering (North Yorkshire)and York over the last 20 years. I have already met some really nice people on here who have proved to be exceptional human beings and I love them to pieces (yes, you lot - you know who you are)xxxx

Music:

Wide ranging * Love my rock * 70s rock (reminds me of growing up)* Dark stuff * I love guitar maestros and adore Stevie Ray Vaughan, Steve Vai and the fantastic Jeff Healey. * Big favourites I have grown up with are Thin Lizzy, Cream, The Beatles, The Kinks, Free, Lynard Skynard, Deep Purple, Foreigner, Rolling Stones, Queen, Bowie, Hendrix, you get the idea by now * Into more up to date stuff too such as The Darkness, The Feeling, The Zutons, The Killers, Rooster, Orson, The Kooks, Jet, etc - all good festival bands plus stuff like Red Hot Chili Peppers, Pearl Jam, Muse, Offspring * Main love at the moment is Wolfmother,excellent - Really I just love fucking good rock music - whatever it is!

Movies:

I go through stages with films - not seeing any for ages then having a binge! * My fave film of all time is The Rocky Horror Picture Show! * Got a thing for horror - stuff like the Final Destination trilogy and teen slasher movies - am weird like that.

Television:

I love my soaps, Dr Who and Desperate Housewives. * Also like a good factual programme if its something interesting about people or similar, Channel 4 documentaries are usually excellent. * Love a good drama.

Books:

I love books - ranging from 'chick lit' to biographies. Just wish I had more time to read them. Fave book of all time is John Steinbeck's 'Of Mice and Men'.

Heroes:

Any woman who is strong and goes out to get what she wants - famous or not, is my hero. Life is for embracing and women today can have it all if they just have the courage to reach out and take it.
