Get Your Own! | More Flash ToysHi my name is Gretchen and i am a 38 yr old mother of two..my daughter is 11 and my son is 18..I was first diagnosed with breast cancer at age 34 with Invasive (infiltrating) Lobular Carcinoma (ILC)stage 2b: This cancer starts in the milk glands or lobules. It can spread to other parts of the body. About 1 out of 10 invasive breast cancers are of this type..I fought this cancer for 11 months,the radiation and chemo was bad enough but the cancer drugs i had caused me to go into full renal failure in which i lost my left kidney..6 months after being in remission i got Endometrial Stromal Sarcoma which grew rapidly and by time found it had breached my uterine wall stage 3.. A rare type of uterine cancer that forms in muscle or other tissues of the uterus I in turn lost my uterus..and underwent more radiation and chemo..in which i had some radiation poisoning that has affected my bone marrow..Now i am fighting a liver disease called Budd-Chiari Syndrome which is clotting of the hepatic vein, the major vein that leaves the liver. Which can be brought on from cancer and treatmenets for cancer..Hey at least its Not CANCER yet again..xoxo
