In 2005, Chris Strikes was accepted into Centennial College for Broadcast and Film. Though he later dropped out the following year, Strikes was deemed by the faculty as one of the program's top students. During his shortened time at the college, he learned new skills of shooting and editing videos and very often stayed late in the night at school practicing and improving those skills.
While attending school, Chris Strikes also worked on set of music videos and commercials keeping a careful eye on all the activity around him, from the director's interactions with the crew to the cater service; learning everything he could about an actual production. Strikes also kept a part-time job with a telemarketing company to make money for school and other expenses.
In May 2006, Chris Strikes saved up enough money to buy his own hi-end Canon XL 2 video camera. This resulted in many jobs as a freelance videographer, as well as shooting music videos for underground Canadian hip-hop artists. Strikes decided to start a business from his freelance work and registered his own company called Striking Videos & Production, in June 2007.
At present time, Chris Strikes works freelance for various companies like Maxamus Ent. and Zigga Zagga Productions; and continues to shoot music videos for up and coming artists such as his latest production, Sling Dadz’s “I’m From Janeâ€.
At the tender age of 21 Chris Strikes has the world ahead of him to achieve the goals he has set for himself and continues to work hard to do so.

BLACK PEOPLE you know how hard it is to rise up already ESPECIALLY here NORTH OF THE BORDER where we still gotta make a STRONG NAME for ourselves. So this can go down in two ways LISTEN!...ONE, we can still hate and watch two or three successes come out from here here and there or TWO, we can RISE UP as a CITY, as a NATION and can GET that RESPECT WE DESERVE on a world front. dont believe me? just ASK ATLANTA.
