I am a 30 year old Cape Verdian Goddess. My roots come from the Cape Verde Islands off of the West Coast of Africa. I am a poet/singer/songwriter. I love music with a passion, that is my life and destiny. R.I.P Daddy, the best base player I've ever known. I miss u and thank u for passing ur gift down to me, not only with a musical gift but also with a gift of deep spiritual insight. I also have to acknowledge my creator, The MOST HIGH, who put me here to serve a purpose and who provides for me and fights ALL of my battles here on this earth and who has blessed me to be the divine individual that I am.
I've spent most of my life growing up in the metropolitan area (Washington, D.C.) but I have currently moved to A-town to persue that music thang.
