About Me

I've been making noise my entire life. Started with an OLD record player in the basement, listening to my parents vinyl. Taught myself to play everything I could get my hands on. Then came a cassette recorder which turned into two cassettes so I could "multi-track". Then a 4-track Teac. Always in bands, sometimes 2 or 3 at a time. Ended up in Ohio in a band called Wild Cherry. Reached critical, popular, number one, global mass success with "Play That Funky Music". (Yes, that one) The attendant Grammy nods, gold and platinum spray-painted wall hangings and magazine covers now occupy an old quadrant of gray matter and some space on my wall. It was quick and great fun. Worked as NYC session musician for a number of years. Now, I hang in the studio searching for inspiration. When I find it, I just fire up the Mac and go for it. I hope you enjoy it, and thanks for stopping by.
