About Me

The unintended product of an ill fated experiment to cross-breed a horse with a potato I came into the world during the late 1970s. Elvis had left us but I was very much alive. Forced throughout most of my childhood to wear turtle neck jumpers and cord flares my dress sense didnt improve during the 80s by which time Id progressed to various brightly coloured socks and bermuda shorts with optional bumbag. Some might say the 90s were my heyday, attending one of the Midlands finest educational establishments I obtained a subsequently useless degree and then went to America for 3 months to escape the petrol 'crisis'. By now fashion had totally passed me by as had my ambition to play for Tottenham Hotspur or to be employed as Britney Spears' fluffer. I settled in the sprawling metropolis of Leicester and set about making mistake after mistake in my love life until eventually I met my soon to be wife Emma! Clearly doing a very good job of pretending that she could see properly she has agreed to get married to me! Emma can see past my dress sense (and yes my head as well) to my better points such as my insessant reliance on heavy sarcasm and my Peter Beardsley impression not to mention word for word reciting of Austin Powers lines. If you have never met me before and want an idea of what I look like take a peek at my picture..yes, I know I am cunningly disguised as an owl but if you look closely you will see its me. Failing that, just look up the band Hanson and Im the ugly one that plays guitar. So long
