The bike kitchen will be moving, so i am thinking about putting on a few benefit shows to help out the kitchen. All proceeds will go to the bike kitchen. If you are interested in that, let me know. Otherwise, stop by and learn how to fix your bike! -AlexThe Bike Kitchen is a cooperative, do-it-yourself bike repair shop. We provide all the tools and parts you need to fix or build a bicycle. Our staff of volunteer mechanics is available to give advice and answer questions.Instead of charging a fee for services, the Bike Kitchen charges membership dues: either $5 a day, or $30 a year. Purchasing a membership gives you access to all the tools and parts in our inventory. If you’re short on cash, you can earn a membership or parts by volunteering in the shop for a certain number of hours.You don't need to be a member to learn more. After months of looking, we finally found a new space! We will be leaving the Mission Village Market and moving into our new space at 1256 Mission at 9th street on August 19th. We will still be operating out of the Mission Village Market until then.
