About Me

If I write this in the third person it will sound more interesting, that way I can pretend " a friend" wrote it while I blush modestly in a corner. Justin Root lives in Hollywood, California where he vigourously attempts to conquer the entertainment industry knowing one day he will be on top of it. (Oh, stop!) His talents and good looks (come ..!) have gotten him far in his life and day by day he continues to climb the ladder of success. (Thank you but enough!) He is an actor and has appeared in various television shows (some!) and has managed to get himself cut from a few film projects after telling family and friends to look for him! (True!) He loves rubbing elbows with Hollywood's elite, attending parties, awards shows, premieres, you name it. (Well its fun!) He is surrounded by some of the best friends LA could possibly offer (yes!) although none as hot or as sexy as him. (Stop that!) Or as talented! (Seriously!) He was born in Canton, Ohio where he was raised until his family's move to Dayton (Kettering) Ohio in time for 2nd grade at Southdale Elementary. The family moved back to Canton in time for 6th grade at Jackson Middle School and Canton Country Day School, then decided to once again uproot to Hilton Head Island, S.C. where he joined the snobs at Hilton Head Prep School. (They "prepped" me on how to not become an asshole in the real world!) After his father decided Hilton Head wasn't the place to be they moved to Charleston. It was here where Justin began dabbling in theater at the country's oldest active theater: Dock Street Theater. He met his best friend and future legend Michael Daly there and they became fast friends. Alas Charleston would only last a year. They packed up, said goodbye to Middleton High School and moved to a town that rivals Charleston in class, beauty, grace, and excitement: Newburgh, Indiana. (Really?!) Justin finished high school at Castle High school and graduated in 1995. Days later (two!) he packed up and said hello to Hollywood, California. He currently resides in Hollywood and continues to audition.
