On 2001, Félix Fuenzalida, creates DNU, with the idea of making perturbating, exhausting, chaotic and unsettling music, which later on will change to more minimal and delicate use of sounds and perception.
DNU’s first album is "Tiempos Perdidos", a mixture between experimentation and a deep thought about "time". On 2002 "Dementii" was born, with the only purpose of going into madness while listening to it.
Then, at 2003, was released "Hijos del Fin del Mundo" in Spain, Madrid, by "Antiphonal Magazine". It was a CDR edition of 133 copies. That impulses the author to continue working, and on 2004 he releases independently, "The Travelling" and "Innexistance Demo". The first one, more into noise and experimental, and the second much more into dark ambient soundscapes.
Then DNU takes a pause but still continue working for some audiovisual productions as soundtrack composer.
Its sixth album, "Saturnian Isolation", marks the biggest change in DNU’s composition style. Leaving behind the excess and going further into profound meditations about the wisdom found when a being turns its will to seek silence and solitude. This concepts oblies the author to purify his sounds and jump into minimalism, as the only way to reach DNU’s ideals. Trascendency through darkness and void.
