~I walked under a dark cloud many years of my life. I wish I would have known all those years ago that I really would be ok, but I probably wouldn't be who I am today...this off-beat but capable, wary but devoted soul. Sure, I have several battle scars but I know that I am a whole person. I learned a few years back to forgive others and myself; and to keep my eyes wide open. Most things in this life make sense to me now, which is something I never thought I'd reach; or perhaps I've made peace with the fact that sometimes they just don't . I couldn't be happier when I take a good look at my life. God has helped me get to this point in life by giving me (and continuing to give me) strength, courage and wisdom :) I try to remember daily to thank Him for that.
