*I am an outgoing person and love to do things on the spir of the moment. I believe that everyone should follow their hearts and live life as if you were to die tomorrow. People always forget that you only live once. I try to stay positive as much as I can because the negative only brings you down.So many people these days lose sight and are blind to whats most important in life.I love my familia and friends and of course God.My home country is Panama;As much as I can, I love to visit my familia there and relax. From the coconut trees, to the beach (waves), its pure paradise. I love to joke around,have fun and meet new people. I think Laughing is one of the greatest feelings in the world. It just makes my day no matter what. I believe that every person you meet plays a role in shaping who you are whether it be small or large, you learn from each relationship and each experience. Its made me who I am today and today I am strong. I really dislike drama and can't stand fighting. I don't really see a purpose. Music is an important thing to me..its brings memories I have shared back to life..and that makes me happy. Pictures are great also because they hold alot of memory and meaning as well. HOT HOUSE YOGA has become one of my new passions. Its transformed my ife in many different ways. Its a great stress reliever and an awesome full body work out( If you even wanna call it that). Because its been such a postive thing in my life I want to some day learn to teach it and show others the capabilities hot yoga can have on a persons life. Its great for spinal alignment,detoxifying your body of all the bad stuff people intake daily, and of course complete relaxation.What else could you ask for?
