I began this beat journey in the 1982. the first sampler used was a DIGITEK 3.9 a casio composser in a cold ass room in Brooklyn. *KORG MI,Roland R8 drum machine,TR 606, HR8 and sequencer - from 1986-1989. *Next was a S-900 AKAI triggered by SP 1200- from 1990-1995. then from 1996-2000, I used ASRX, MPC60, MPC 2000 I also began to have an extensive collection of Vinyl. I'm a avid 45 records & rare LP's feind.From buying records from Len the Man at MUSIC FACTORY on 4 DUECE and BRoadWAY. Or the old vinyl spot in BK on FRANKLYN & FULTON.( I know im dating my self) or Downtown Records in lower Manhattan,or Salvation Army trift shop or having debates with crooks at record conventions over pricing. My hidden home Liquidators spot in still my big secret.
