i change the channels constantly and almost always end up choosing a PBS show or having the television muted while i read a book. i watch shows mostly at night while in bed as a means to rest my brain and fade to sleep. Simpsons, Conan O'Brien, and Will and Grace usually keep me company at night. i have a weakness for House. i don't have cable and i like it that way.
