my name is jonathan, i am a 23 year-old male from danvers, massachusetts. at this point in my life i have moved back home for a little while due to financial circumstances (10k in credit card fuckups). the interesting aspect of that is that i have a job in rhode island, which i commute to every SINGLE weekday excluding a few fridays a month. i love my job but the commute can be quite stressful and life-threatening. i work for tides family services. more specifically i work for the tides outreach project, working with at-risk youth in the community. i am a musician, drummer actually, which most people may not constitute as an actual musician. to those people, i only ask them to master four limb independence. IT IS NOT EASY. i enjoy listening to music, watching quality programming that includes red sox baseball, hbo and various movies. i enjoy drinking but i am not an alcoholic. i like to write when i'm in the mood and i like to read when i have nothing better to do. i enjoy watching and playing sports, listening and playing music, gigging, teaching drum lessons, partying, sleeping in, listening to sports radio, arguing, playing indoor wiffleball, which sadly won't take place that often anymore now that our field has disappeared with our providence apartment. i haven't really recorded anything tangible since 2004 with Victims of Vikings. in a series of dramatic events, however, i am currently working on a new album with a few of my boys in the effort to lay down a nasty little disc and gig the shit out of it in the boston/providence/nyc area. stay tuned please. quality pieces of art don't just spawn overnight.
