Dr. Michael DeBakey, because he is the world's foremost cardio-thoracic surgeon. Dr. Jarvik, because he invented the artificial heart. Dr. Mercola, because of his drug-free, pro diet-and-exercise approach to managing disease. And of course Dr. Andrew Weil, because of his emphasis on preventive medicine. With their work we can live longer lives with both quantity AND quality. Also, I would someday like to meet Hippocrates, the father of western medicine. A product of Classical Greece, he was the first healer to properly diagnosed gout, asthma, and diabetes and famously stated, "The First Rule Is Do No Harm," a concept so important that it is recited in the Hippocratic Oath to this day.I would like to meet Dr. Louis Pasteur, because he proved the Germ Theory of Disease- the basis of modern medicine- and created several vaccines, most notably rabies. He also disproved the Theory of Spontaneous Generation, a then widely-held view in the halls of academia.I would like to meet Dr. Edward Jenner, because he created- and made widely available- the smallpox vaccine. He was no doubt the greatest doctor of the 18th century and arguably the greatest physician ever. He allowed mankind to eradicate this aweful virus, so virulent that it decimated at least 30% of infected persons and annihilated 90% of the native americans.I would like to meet Dr. Jonas Salk who invented the first Polio vaccine and forevermore prevented children from developing paralysis and having to breathe via the iron lung.I would like to meet Dr. John Gallo for his discovery of the Human Immune Deficiency Virus, or HIV, which causes AIDS.And finally, I would like to meet the future physician who discovers a successful vaccine for HIV, the virus that causes AIDS. This epidemic has infected over 40 million victims worldwide and has orphaned over 25 million children, devastated vast stretches of lands and their inhabitants, and is scheduled to cause entire economic, social, and political collapse in many sub-saharan African nations[If anti-retrovirals are not distributed to all those infected].

You Are Whiskey

That means no girly drinks for you - even if you are a girl
You prefer a cold, hard drink at the end of the day
Every day, in fact. And make that a few.
