I've just recently moved from Atlanta to Jacksonville, FL to handle sales and marketing for a land development company. I’m often in North Carolina for business and get back to Atlanta quite a bit. I love being near the water. I enjoy traveling, experiencing new people and cultures. I think you can learn a lot about someone by the way they interact with others and their willingness to accept and appreciate unfamiliar surroundings. I recently returned from backpacking through China, Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. I am a true believer that the journey is not an obstacle to the destination, the journey IS the destination. My first stop in a new city is always the local market place. I love people-watching and trying new things. My travels have taken me throughout 17 foreign countries, three continents and more than 35 US States. I'm committed to experiencing as many different countries and cultures as possible throughout my lifetime. I prefer a beachside bungalow over a five star resort and believe that “all-inclusive” leaves a lot to be desired. I can't wait to see the rest of the world, but still spend as much time as possible back home on the Carolina Coast. There is a certain comfort to the familiar sights, tastes and smells of the Lowcountry. I've never been married and am very comfortable on my own. I can hold my own in the kitchen and enjoy preparing and eating good food. I appreciate a good cup of coffee and a good glass of wine. In my younger days I received multiple platinum records while working with rock bands. I've grown up since then. I enjoy being outdoors. I’ll always take the table on the patio. I appreciate a good sunrise and an early morning swim. My perfect day would include a day on the boat, an oyster roast and some ice cold sweetwater. Cool friends, great family. Life doesn't suck.
