I knew I had purpose, but I could never connect to the purpose. Then it happened---I got sick and tired of being sick and tired!!--- I realized that the only one who was going to change my life and the way I perceived it, was myself! That was when the questions started coming....Who am I? Why am I here...Why am I having problems with depression and anxiety? What changes do I want to make? Is there something more out there? Who do I need to forgive? What do I like about myself? And once again---WHO AM I---- TAKE THE FIRST STEP…Love not what you are, but what you may become. -- CervantesThis was when my journey started. I started on a pursuit of knowledge about the world and myself. I started to release old issues and take steps to move forward and do things with my full intent. I started to surrender to life, and realize that something bigger was going on. I started to manifest what I wanted into my life. July of 2005 I left an unbalanced relationship with my fiance. I left with my daughter and 250$ dollars to my name. I didn't know how I was going to make it...but every time I needed a door to open---it did. Within seven months I continued school full time, got 2 work-from-homes jobs, a Jeep, a cell phone, an apartment...and did all this while pregnant with our second child. I was back to work a week after my c-section and back to being a full time mom by myself.It was then in July, 2006 that I was chosen to be the focus of a video story for Johnson & Johnson for how I accomplished weight loss naturally and some advice for other women. What an opportunity!! It was then I really started to reflect back on when I started the journey, 7 years earlier, and I felt absolutely amazed at where I was that day.BE GRATEFUL…Focus on being grateful for what you have already... enjoy it!! Then release into the universe. The universe will manifest it --- The SecretI realized the perfection in every thing that we call trials and tribulations. I realized I actually was getting every question I ever had, answered. I also realized I was getting everything I wanted! I started to understand that my life purpose was perfectly orchestrated on a level that is beyond human intellect. For everything I went through, was a plan to get me here today---happy, at peace, loving, compassionate and full of intent to change the world. See we are all special, and we all have purpose...but you have to go after it...thirst for it...BE it. Remember the wise words of Gandhi: "To change the world you must first change yourself". Gabriel is 16 months and Isabella is 4 years old. They have enriched my life immensely. I am pretty much in "mommy mode" all the time...so I have made it a priority to travel and sneak in vacations.
