About Me

Hey ya'll, I'm Lauren! I'm 30 years old! I live in Lincolnton, NC with my husband Scott and my "son" Murphy Charles who is a miniature doberman pincher. We bought the house Scott's grandfather grew up in. It was built in 1920. Needless to say, it is a "fixer upper!" I LOVE the fact that is is SOOOO old and decorating is one of my favorite hobbies! I work for Lincoln County Schools as a first grade teacher assisitant. I love my job and feel very blessed not to dread a day of work!! I like going out with my family and especially my little SISTER who helped me design my myspace because i'm computer illiterate! I also really enjoy working in the yard planting flowers. I think Martha Stewart must have been my distant cousin!! Leave me comments!

All types! EXCEPT HARD ROCK...........I just DON'T like it.

Movies:

I prefer Comedies! Chic-flicks are great too!!!!!!!!!!

Television:

HGTV and the News! A little Andy Griffith NEVER hurt anybody either!!! I can't leave out American Idol. I am addicted!!!!

Books:

I really don't like to read period!!! The Bible is about it for me.

Heroes:

My Mom- She is the most SELFLESS person I know. I wish I were more like her. She NEVER thinks of herself! Never.
