DJ Ruckuss

DJ Ruckuss was born in and raised on the westside of Detroit. He's always been interested in the hip hop culture and all other kinds of music in general growing up and wanted to make more of an impact on the music business. So when he was a teenager, Ruckuss taught himself how to dj. He first learned the art of mixing, blending, beat-matching, and all the basics of spinning. Then, he decided to teach himself how to scratch. From here on out, the rest is history. Spinning all over Metro Detroit and throughout the midwest for the last 9 years, Ruckuss learned to please people of all races and colors. His music selection knows no boundaries either, although he specialize in mixing Hip hop, R&B, and top 40. Ruckuss take his craft seriously and has no plans to quit anytime soon, especially after getting the opportunity to spin for the HOT 983 Mix Squad. Hard work and dedication have gotten him to where he's at now and lookout for Ruckuss at a hot spot near you.
