About Me
I'm here to make music. I've been spinning records for 7 years now, and I've loved every minute of it. It wasn't until recently that I picked up producing music, but now that has become my main focus. Since about mid 2003 I started making my own sounds and sequencing them together-- the product of this is available for you to listen to above. My most recent track, labeled That's Not True, is actually a remix of sorts with about twenty-five percent of a colleague Deadmau5 's work in it. He wrote the base breaks, simplistic yet elegant harmonies, sampled out the vocals and lower-basslines and sound effects whilst I focused on the deeper basslines, drums, synths, additional sound effects, and a lot of my own harmonies/melodies as well. Curve (and it's Ash Sunday Remix) and Superstring were built from scratch in about 15 hours total, and yes, each in one day/night. Since my daughter's birth in 2005, things have slowed down a bit, but that doesn't mean I'm out of the game yet ;). I'm still around, and though spending mucho time with my beautiful girlfriend and living inexpensively, I'm still building sounds and sequencing, but my main focus is to get a some better production equipment or even *gasp* a recording deal. I want to stretch my legs on some real instruments. Together with my laptop and a borrowed Yamaha Motif-8, I've been carefully stringing together bits and pieces of sound for you all to enjoy.
