Well I guess I’ll take the time to add something here.
I’m single with no children, but I think they are a blessing, from New York, lived both in the city and in the little town of Stony Point, Attended the Woodstock Festival as part of a school project running a food concession.
At 19, I moved to St. Croix Virgin Islands to get away from the cold winters. Beautiful place. After 2 years, returned to N.Y and worked as a dog trainer.
FF to now, I was hired by a company in Santa Barbara and was relocated here 20 years ago, I’m still here
I enjoy my current work with a great company that has provided occasional travel to Europe and around the U.S.
A few years ago I got involved in local politics and was successfully elected to County Office. Never again, I’m just Not Politically Correct
About my personality: I’m very soft spoken and at times shy, as I get to know people I easily open up. At ease in jeans or a suit, enjoy dressing up for nice restaurants or shorts for a picnic. Both can be equally romantic. Some of my favorite things are Sunday Brunch overlooking the ocean, weekend drives to discover new places. I’ve been told I have a warped sense of humor, it’s probably true.
I’ll treat everyone with courtesy, respect is reserved. I can complete a sentence without using profanity, why is that an accomplishment now days? I don’t view the world thru rose tinted glasses, I’ve been around too long to be naïve, fortunately I’ve yet to become jaded, but have learned that common sense is not all that common. I still remain a romantic with a joy of life.
I’m proud of the people within my small circle of friends. Most are married and all are honest, dedicated people.
