Passion is a gift from god

I play piano, Bass, and trumpet. I have played piano since i was six. Know adays it haunts me in my sleep. Chord structure and Jazz piano voicing run over and over in my head before i try to sleep and even in my dreams. Is that a gift. I dont know what to think. Im still trying to figure out if im wasting my time, countless hours of practicing. I try to practice at least 4-6 hours a day.I determined to reach my goal. To master my art. Like so many in the past of done, im trying to take it to the next level. Maybe thats why im writing all this. I need help, sleepless nights are usually in my routine. This cant be a gift because i feel like i cant go on. I need an outside force to light the burnt out fire.
