END OF CYCLE
Melodic death/trash metal with hardcore and black metal influences
The story began when the co-founders of the band, Louis Thivierge (at this time playing drums) and David Habon (at this time playing keyboards), decided to collaborate together and then Vincent Gagnon (bass) joined in autumn 2006.
After a lot of lineup change and a lot of restructuration, the band as it is now truly began with the arrival of François Thivierge (drums), and then the switch of drums to guitars (main composer) of Louis Thivierge and the switch of keyboards to vocals of David Habon.
Vincent Gagnon left the band because of the new musical direction and been replaced by John DC (guitarist of Daedalean Complex) and Wax (former guitarist of Mad Spiral) joined the band in late 2007. Because of his work with Daedalean Complex, John DC had to quit the band but Vincent Gagnon came back to complete our actual lineup.
End of Cycle is currently working on the debut album that will be recorded by Benoit Fecteau (of Approached by a god) and released for this fall. After theses years of preparation, End of Cycle is ready to perform live.
