About Me

I run my life according to Gods will. He is my number one, and my daughter is my number 2. I am a single mom with a two year old, and as you can tell by my pictures, she is the cutest thing on the entire planet with an incredibly sweet soul. Her bravery is astounding. She loves unconditionally and spreads her happiness everywhere she goes. Ahhh the joy of motherhood. I am blessed enough to actually have 2 jobs that I love! I take care of Hospice patients and I work at The Toledo Rep. Theatre. I teach kids, direct kids, etc. Music is an important part of my life. I have made fitness a daily part of my routine. My sister has not only inspired me, but has opened doors for me to get where I need to be. And she looks AWESOME!! I am doing the "Lose it for Life" diet. "The problem is physical, the cause is emotional, but the solution is SPIRITUAL". As you can see by my page, I am very playful, but my faith is the most important thing to me.

Theatre. I love being in theatre, teaching theatre and watching live theatre. I am also teaching myself to play the guitar. It's not pretty-yet. I spend a lot of my time playing with my daughter. She doesn't allow for much else.

I'd like to meet:

Since I have already met my Prince Charming, I would like to see Madonna, Neil Labute (playwright), Shirley Lauro (playwright), Hans Christian Anderson, Maya Angelou, Oprah, Rosie ODonnell, Bernadette Peters (she is the witch below!) and I would like to meet me at 18, I have a lot to tell her!

I love Grey's Anatomy, The Biggest Looser, Law & Order SVU

Books:

Every second that I have to read, I am reading/memorizing/choreographing a script. When I used to have time, I would read a cheezy romance novel! You know the kind with a lot of juice... Just reading it makes you blush? Hell yeah! I also spend a lot of time in my "Lose it for Life" book. And of course my Bible, where would I be without it?

Heroes:

My mom, Melanie and my sister Sophie. They have been through hell and back, and yet they still holds their heads up high and make it through one day at a time. I am incredibly proud of them. My mom has always been the most incredible mom and an amazing friend! Melanie has pulled herself out of such a low point, and is flying high and happy now!! I will never forget the pictures that we got back after my sister lost EVERYTHING she owns in an apartment fire, and was miraculously spared her life. This picture was my sister standing among all of the gray ruins of her life, and she held up an unrecognizable object and smiled through tears. This picture single-handidly depicts my sisters strength and humor through every situation.
