Forward Motion heard on KPFK 90.7FM Los Angeles, 98.7FM Santa Barbara, and on the World Wide Web at http://www.kpfk.org, is a 2 hour mix of Jazz, Progressive Rock, R&B, Funk, Underground Hip-Hop, & Spoken Word with Socio-Political commentary in a variety of forms.On the air in Los Angeles since the Spring of 2000, artist such as Andy Milne, Karen Briggs, Will Calhoun, Thomas Dolby, Ric & Lou Wilson (Mandrill), David Gilmore, and Victor Wooten to name a few, have lent their voices as will as their music to help make Forward Motion one of the most progressive music programs today.
