An Original West Coaster. Born and raised on the Oregon coast; However, I did live in California for a few years. I joined the US NAVY right out of school which brought me here to Tennessee in 1995 and gave me the choice of deploying on the USS America or staying in Millington and I chose the latter...I was an Aviation Ordinance Tech aka "Bomb Humper" I had the privilege of sitting in F-14 Tomcats and checking million dollar weapons systems! (Not as cool as it sounds), playing with high tech missiles and bombs (again...not as cool as it sounds). I've been steadily busy since my re-entry into civilian life..... I have worked security for the Peabody Hotel and Pink Palace museum in Memphis, Worked as a police officer in Lauderdale County and I am Licensed as an EMT-IV. I instruct BLS for Healthcare providers and the general public for the American Heart Association....My favorite pastime?? I love Diving…especially with big sharks! I hope to obtain my Master Diver rating by the end of this summer.
