Soy Velociraptos

The band originally started up as a side project to Craig McVeigh and Sean McGrann's bands The Assassination Of... and A Picture Postcard respectively. They felt like there was no opportunity to use their other musical influences in their own bands so felt this project was a vent to try different things. Following the break up of A Picture Postcard (due to stealing money off a band mate) McGrann decided to carry on writing with McVeigh but with the freedom of writing songs which appealed to the both. Following member departures from The Assassination Of... guitarist Carl Birtles and drummer Shaun Harrison joined the two which had already chosen the name "Soy Velociraptos".The name means I AM A VELOCIRAPTOR
