So you wanna know about me? Of course you do, b/c I am FREAKING awesome! I'm not full of myself, or anything like that, but I do know my own self-worth. So if a confident woman scares you...go the hell away! PÃ³g ma thoin. I am a mother of four beautiful children, and happiliy married to Nicholas as of July 4th 2007! I have recently moved back to Kentucky after a year and half living in California. I wasnt cutout for the Cali lifestyle, but that is where I met my Nick, so I am glad that I had made the attempt. I am interested in sports. Football is my favorite, and thanks to an awesome friend of mine, Hockey is a very close second. I also love all animals, and someday hope to once more own horses. Not only am I an animal lover, and sports lover but I am into other "guy" things as well. I love going 4X4ing, fishing, and shooting guns. I dont have a 4wheel drive truck simply b/c I cant afford one, but dang it if I did, my kids would have bruised bottoms! LOL I have dreams that need to be filled, and as soon as I get my new life on track, that will start to happen. God has many things in store for me, and I shall not dissapoint myself by not taking all that he has to offer me. I love the fact that you have come here to my little piece of myself to see what I am all about. Where should I begin? I was born the daughter of travling hippies....oh, is that too early? LOL. Seriously I am the daughter of hippies, and so I have the hippie values ingrained in me. I love Pink Floyd, Queen, and Greatful Dead. I love to dance in the rain. I truely believe in Fairies, and magical feelings/creations/people. Magical people are all around us. When someone makes you feel good for no reason, that is magic.... He said he was in a hurry as he had an appointmen at 9:00am. I took his vital signs and had him take a seat, knowing it would be over an hour before someone would be able to see him. I saw him looking at his watch and decided, since I wasnt busy I would evaluate his wound. On exam, it was well healed, so I talked to one of the doctors, got the needed supplies to remove his sutures and redress his wound. While taking care of his wound, I asked him if he had another doctors appointment this morning, as he was in such a hurry. The gentleman told me no, that he needed to go to the nursing home to eat breakfast with his wife. I inquired as to her health. He tld me that she had been there for a while and that she was a victim of Alzheimer's Disease. As we talked, I asked if she would be upset if he was a bit late. He replied that she no longer knew who he was, that she had not recognized him in 5 years now. I was surprised, and asked him, "And you still go every morning, even though she doesnt know who you are?" He smiled as he patted my hand and said, "She doesn't know me, but I still know who she is." That is the kind of love that I want in my life. True love is neither physical, nor romantic. True love is an acceptance of all that is, has been, will be, and will not be............
