About Me

Hi Guys and Gurls. Thanks for stopping by my little niche on the web to check me out. For those of you who dont know me, I am Ms. Ashley Heights, or Ash for short. Im a simple, but diverse and complex person at the same time. I have some of the best friends a person could ever ask for, and one of the worst families one could have been born into. lol. But I still love them. I started this journey of life in July of 1982, and have had the pleasure of meeting some great people, and accomplishing many things. I am both a nurse and dancer, and am returning to school in August to get my BSN. Things havent been easy at points, but the journey has been an incredible one. I am transexual for those of you who are curious, and if you cant accept that, then move on. I mean after all, we live in a very diverse and interesting world, so try and respect others lifestyles and beliefs. I am a people person, and by dancing at a club, I have met some wonderful people that have helped me tremendously. And I just want to say a thank you to everyone who has been there for me and helped to guide me along the way. If there is one thing you take from my page, let it be these words of wisdom; "Stay true to ones self." If you can do that, then there's nothing in life you cant accomplish. My Interests

It basically depends on my mood at the moment. I can be comfortable in a crowd of thousands jamming at a concert, or learning new things such as how to change my oil or something (lol) Really it just depends on whatever im in the mood for at the moment.

I'd like to meet:

People who have goals, and arent afraid to try new things. Also anyone half inteligent, and can send an email with something more that "Hi your hot" or "Hi whats up" I hate those. Basically anyone who can capture my attention.. lol

Dance, Techno, Jazz, Soft Rock, Hit List, anything that I can dance to

Movies:

Gone with the wind, Lord of the rings, Any Sci-fi or thriller. Also like comidies, and some documentaries. Dont really get into sappy romantic stuff though.

Television:

ER, Medium, Dead like Me, Six feet under, Family Plots, Medical Investigators, Anything on the discovery health channel.More Videos

Heroes:

My Mom - Without her I wouldnt be here today after all. She is the person who brought me into this world, and did her best on how to bring me up. It was never easy, but then again, babies arent born with manuals! Ms. Inez Mckoy - One of my high school teachers. She always taught me that no matter what, give it my best and somehow, it will be ok My brothers - Despite everything, and our obvious differences in lifestyle, I somehow think they still have my back :-) My friend Aerial - Who taught me all the important sayings of Issac Newton, Robert Frost, and other great people. If at anytime im lost in a conversation, I can pull out one of those, and still blend. (lol) Jmo - Who has taught me that success is not measured in miles or money, but in friendship through all the odds And last but not least ALL THE PEOPLE IN MY LIFE WHO HAVE TRIED TO BRING ME DOWN. - Some of you may have called me names, or made remarks, or just simply stared. You may have hurt me, or made me cry, and at times just ask God why?
