Only The Beginning

John Trowbridge with vocals, Joe Warzala on lead/rhythm guitar, Dave Pryzyblo on bass, Dylan Clark on drums, and Brett Van Etten on lead/rhythm guitar, collectively make up "Only The Beginning." We started out playing Reptilia (the Strokes) for our schools talent show, and we have grown ever since. If you have never heard of Billy Talent, then I suggest you look them up, because we get tons of influence from them and their style of playing. But other than BT, we like to play whatever rocks and sounds good.

Only the Beginning broke up in the summer of 04. John and Dave were heading in a different direction than Joe, Dylan and Brett who's musical taste was headed in a new direction. After a while of just jamming as a trio, Bob came along on bass and Joe became not only guitar player but singer as well and soon enough Settles Hill was formed.
