I started with scratching after i heard dj..s like mirko machine, qbert and mixmaster mike. At first i bought just one turntable and a cheap mixer as a beginner setup. After a while i started recording my first mixtape with dj u-cut. Later i met dj eight and we got our own radioshow on beatbasement.com. Following that we started a turntable crew called SCRATCHTESTDUMMIEZ. The crew basically consisted of dj eight, dj bizz and myself. We started by recording a few mixtapes, which provided us with the opportunity to reach a wider audience. Last year dj bizz left the crew, so now the scratchtestdummiez. consists of just dj eight and myself. In february 2006 we were asked to start playing for rautemusik.fm Raw which closed just one year later. Every second friday (from 8-10 pm) we played a fine assortment of rap, oldschool, dancehall, funk and our own shit accentuated with the moderation of different aktivists from our surrounding. +++NEWS+++NEWS+++NEWS+++NEWS+++NEWS++++++++++++++ A few days ago rautemusik.fm asked us to continue the "In Full Effekt" Show on the Jam-Stream so im workin on a new concept. hopefully we are on air again in a few weeks. i will let u know! at the moment im recording some new tracks for different mc..s and a german rap sampler coming out soon. im also working on a new mix to put it on myspace and when im tired of scratching i try to create some beats and scratchloops. directors cut and me are also organizing the monthly "Dj Meeting" in Oldenburg so check the flyer and come down.
