B real...... I'm a church boy. I've been in church all of my life. Unlike a lot of people that "say" they were raised in church, I am saved, sanctified (set apart) and I'm filled with the Holy Ghost, forreal. And just being real, new life is the best life to live. God has blessed me in a major way since I've really gotten serious with HIM; my music career is soaring, and I have the best parents in the world (Supt. Harold Wadsworth Jones Sr. and Althea No Middle Name Jones, lol). I've been playing bass guitar for 8 years now. I have accomplished many things in my musical life that I'm very proud of; First of all I support my local church Greater Ephesians COGIC (Greater E!), where my father's the Pastor, by playing bass and keyboard, I've played on Bobby Jones (Thanx Jason, Big Bro), I've played on three albums (my favorite one was the U of M Gospel Chior album, that was fun! Thanx Kev!), I've also played for production plays at the Whighting Auditorium (Thanx Kev!), I've also traveled around and played with other chiors, groups, etc. (Thanx Kev, Dan, Brian and Randy Mac.!) I'm not done with my musical career/life by a long shot but I'm very proud of it. As a matter of fact I'm actually playing with a major rock band right now...ROCK NATION!!! I've been playing with them since April '07. We're so awsome together and it's just the works of God's hands. It's such a blessing. They are also the writers of some of the songs that you hear in church and on the radio all of the time: Awesome (Lord you are awesome.), Praise is What I do, Angels Cry, Like Never Before and so many many more! They are really talented brothers and it's such a blessing to even be in thier network! (Check us out, we're on my top. I promise you'll love us! And one major reason that I'm so proud of it is because my gift is totally submitted to The One who gave it to me, GOD. I've never had to compromise my salvation, my morals or anything for exposure, I never played a song that didn't glorify GOD for exposure. If it ain't 4 GOD then don't call! (LUKE 6:38 "If you GIVE you will RECEIVE. Your GIFT will RETURN to you in full measure, pressed down, shaken together to MAKE ROOM FOR MORE, and running over. Whatever measure you use in GIVING--large or small--it will be used to measure what is given BACK to you.") (it ain't just talkin' about da offerin'.). Also remember, "Your gift will make room 4 u!" But it can't make the room it's MEANT to make unless it's fully submitted to GOD. My Life is great!
