For Joe and Alex, two comic book loving janitors working at Health and Fitness Plus, things are about to get a little messy. When Sammy Rocanter brings his new, muscle stimulating Freakazoid Energy Drink to the health club, it's obvious that the drink still has a few kinks in it. Bodies are mutating, weightlifting is becoming a little more violent, and the club members are beginning to turn into violent, psychopathic freaks, not to mention the abnormal snarling coming from the boiler room! Joe and Alex aren't heroes, but they're going to have to be more than janitors if they want to surive this insane bloodbath of mutants, toxic energy drinks, and Jehovah's Witnesses!
