About Me

This your boy B-Lo chilling on the southeast side of Houston. At this point my complaints are kept at a minimum, but my guards are kept up all the times. Sorry, but this world aloows for one to take care of yourself. Being an adult, you can't expect or leave your destiny in the hands on no one but you. Simply put, I am don't have any body but me to take care so I am sort of self centered. I work hard and I thrive on keeping my self up. Shopping is a bad habit, I need some help kicking. But the other side of the equasion is that I also feel vendicated when I walk into a setting and everybody is giving me props on what I have on. It feeds my alter-ego. You know, in houston, we have to keep it so fresh and so clean. I am a gradute fo Texas Southern University with a degree in accounting and business management. I must admit, it was the best desicion I've ever made, Reason being, people can take your job, demote your position, even question your ability. But once you get that degree, that can't take your CREDENTIALS. I speak with a great scense of persuasion as I make a robust statement of the importance of education. I know it is not easy, but nothing worth while is easy. It takes, strengh, endurance, and self determination to get where you want to be. People, lets create a world of educated people who will be able to sustain themselves and remeber those among the least of us (the less fortunate among us). It is my sincere hope that everyone acheive their dreams and help out someone along the way. Keep your head up and religion as the head of your life.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Who share some of the same interest I have. Someone that has a real zest for life. Someone that enjoys the basics of life, ie religion, family, friends, community involvement, and mentoring. I like people who don't allow others to bring them down, in other words strong willed folks. And the most important issue that I take aim at with people is honesty and certainly people who stands on the right side of the law.

Music:

Although I am not a professional singer, I can hold my own. I can do a little something on the microphone. I like music by real signers like Jodeci, Jo-Jo & K-Ci, Usher, Jagged Edge, Babyface, Luther Vandross, Mariah, Mary J., Dru Hill ans Sisquo. But I also like Jay-Z, Joung Joc, HAWK (the best lyrist on the mic, RIP HAWK, mane I miss you), Fat-Pat, wass ness, anything from SUC, from Lil Keke, Trae D, Mafio, Big Steve, Big Moe,

Movies:

I am not a movie going person, but I like documentaries. I know kind of boring.

Television:

Cnn and FoxNews and MSNBC. All news channels.

Books:

After finishing college, I have read enough books for now. Just kidding, this is one thing that I plan to do better in. I use media outlets as my main source of information such as the New York Times (Yes I am left leaning/a liberal)

Heroes:

My mother, and all 7 of my uncles. My one and only brother is samll in stature, big in principle and I will always love him for that. Also My one 9 y/o nephew (will be 10 soon). He is an awesome kid and have brains like his dad and I. In the ffifth grade and only made 2 B's. You keep making us proud boy, Keep up the good work.
