Born in The Netherlands being German, naturalised to Dutch at the age of 12. Met my wife in an internet chatroom back in 1997. Met her IRL at Schiphol Airport on Valentine's day 1998 and we got married 6 months later. Since 2000 we are living in the UK. Father of 4 children (18, 6, 4 and 3 yrs) and happily married.
Spend most of my time running after everyone in the house, yes everyone although our eldest begs to differ (according to her myspace). LOL
IF/WHEN there is time left you will find me either on the laptop or on the desktop surfing the net looking for a new tattoo desing - yes I want another one. According to my wife and my eldest daughter I spend too much time playing RTCW:Enemy Territory. It is such a good game for online play and it is free to download too!!!
Music interests: in my cd collection you will find a diverse selection of genres: hardrock, classical, rap, hardcore house, etc.
Artists: Queen, Genesis, U2, Melissa Etheridge, The Gathering, Nightwish, Within Temptation, Muse, Slipknot, Rammstein, Metallica, Eminem, Linkin Park, Qotsa, System of a Down, Faithless, DJ Tiesto, etc, etc.
Movies: hmmm tough one, it's going to be a long list-
Topgun, Highlander Quadrilogy, Alien Quadrilogy, AVP, Terminator Trilogy, Pitch Black, Chronicles of Riddick, Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow, Hellboy, Van Helsing, Die Hard movies, Lethal Weapon movies, Kevin and Perry go large (absolutely hilarious!), etc, etc.
TV: Top Gear, Stargate SG1, Star Trek TNG and Voyager, Dr Who, Farscape, etc (mostly SciFi)
