About Me

Ryan Reilly hasn't been writing music for very long but sees it as the greatest attempt to express the inexplicable majesty of the human imagination. He seems to feel that this particular process is the closest he can get to becoming a God of his own creation. (Albeit a slightly silly and farcical God.) He has been composing music for 2 some odd years and while he is not as skilled or far along as he might like, he is at least coming to the realization that his efforts are being well received. Ryan Reilly was, fairly recently given recognition for accomplishment in Original Music Composition and Sound Design and was awarded a 'beatiful piece of paper' for efforts on behalf of writing music for a play titled, "Fuddy Meers", on behalf of the wonderful committee from the Kennedy Center Theater Festival (American College Theater Festival Region Five, Festival XXXVII). This was an ultimate confirmation that music was his siren song and it calls him strongly even today...Within music, he has the choice to create oceans through which notes can permeate the darkest depths; skies in which orchestrations can flutter and transcend the clouds above; and the ability to create happiness and chaos within a sequence of measures. Ryan understands the amount of responsibility involved...He also loves to talk in the third person! :) He also feels it is important that each and every human being realizes that they are a master of their own destiny and that the fulfillment of their hopes and dreams is only a stone's throw away from actualization. You can do whatever you want. (within reason)Go for it! ;)-Ryan
