Born January 12th. 1981@Jersey Shore Medical Center,Neptune,NJ. I grew up in Asbury Park back in the days before it became a ghetto and was an awesome place to live.Graduated 4th grade Bradley Elementary School in Asbury Park,NJ.Shortly after to be moving to Europe to the little country called Greece and south of the country to the small and beautiful Island Of Karpathos.There I attended school,graduated high school,2years in a Tech College and a degree in Electronics Technician.All this from July 1991-June 1999.In that period I had developed an interest in playing music and picked up a guitar in '94.Learned to play Beatles,Door's,Nirvana,Metallica tunes and much more. I didn't start taking my playing serious till 97-98.Also the area I lived in there weren't too many open minded people for this kind of music on the small Island Of Karpathos. I was in a small local band of friends, we started a band playing all our favorite tunes.Things didn't work out later on and found myself alone.Also having other personal issues living there,both religious and cultural, it wasn't long after i started feeling disenchanted.Working in a supermarket there from summer 1999 till late Jan 2000, I decided to leave and return back to NJ and so i did in February 2000. It's a whole different story what happens afterwards lol.It's been a roller coaster ride from 2000 up to 2006 now.In the period of 2000-2001 i had auditioned for the Guitar Center Limp Bizket guitar tryouts it was around the time Wes Borland had quit Limp Bizket and they were in search for a new guitarist,I was in search of a career to help get me out of the rut of being poor so I wasn't picky,I came in 2nd on the that.I tried anything really that would get me in and possibly try to make any money.Their style of music wasn't really my thing but i could play it easily.What happened? Well my playing was a little too much for em.I've been in and out of bands of all sorts of styles from 2000 till 2005.In 2000 i was in an Oldies band called The Bench Boys,we played mostly covers of CCR,Door's,Eagles,Black Mariah, Everly Brother's and the list goes on.An atmospheric gothic metal band called Oceans Of Time in March-June 2000. In 2001 I joined a band called Brimstone which shortly after changed their name to Christ In Flames to then change their name again to Benighted,this was a Black Metal band.After being in the band for 1year and a half,with no shows and an ever evolving problem with line ups and no vocalist,no shows at all, i decided to quit.I shortly after joined a band called Saga's End.This was a pop band,all acoustic guitars with dif styles of pop rock.In December of 2002 i decided to quit the band since we had not been able to get a full line up and move on,also the fact a musical difference,the other guys wanted to go in the direction of the Dave Mathews Band which wasn't really my style.So Immediately after quiting,At a show at Birch Hill(R.I.P)venue where Arch Enemy were playing,I was asked by 2 young lads that had a band to try out.And so i did a couple days later and i was recruited.The bands name : X Inferus,they lacked a vocalist and a bass player so i brought in my friend Matt Wheeler which i had been in Benighted with and i also brought in Sian which wanted to sing and i got her up in the band lol.The line up was complete and a Battle Of The Bands show 2months later,coming in 2nd place and as joke to be remebered.2weeks later the band broke up due to differences and dispute between all the band members.I moved on and tried many attempts to put a band together but had failed.2years later i had given Terence(drummer from X Inferus)a 2nd chance and we tried another band where we completed a full line up,booked a show on October 2004 Halloween where the show never took place.Our 2nd guitarist and our bassist had ditched us last minute leaving us stranded with no time to replace them.Shortly after Terence gave up,and so did me and my vocalist Mike.We became frustrated and let things go for months to come.March of 2004 came and I came in contact with former band mate Dan(Keyboards)from Benighted.It was around the time ex-Skyclad vocalist Martyn Walkyier and Immortal bass player Iscariah formed the band The Clan Destined.They were in search of band members so we contacted Martyn and were in touch for a bit.Things were really close and then Dan backed out due to not being into their music and most likely not willing to travel and relocate to England.My hopes were wrapped up by this.In April of 2004 we had attempted a band with my vocalist Mike and ex bandmate/keyboardist Dan again,recruiting Mark on drums.The band did not last long and we broke up a month later.June 2004 came and Wheeler contacts me asking me to join a band he was putting together: Vengeance Be Thy Name,which included me on guitars,Ex-X Inferus vocalist Sian,Dale on drums and Sprak on guitar.Dale got kicked out and Jay was recruited.Sprak never made a band practice and once again a dispute with the band members and the band fell apart again. At this point I was completly frustrated and this shit going on for 5years!!! I started over,I asked Matt Wheeler to join me(since he had gotten kicked out of Benighted at the time) in a new band called Endless Lament that i had gone on a quest to form.I asked numerous people around,musicians that i've known from other bands including Greg Manning and Matt Savitsky from Attrition's End and Shattered Truth.They at the time were gone out of state in college and could not do it.Later on in April of 2005 at a show supporting Paris' band Severed Hand, i bumped into Matt Savitsky which was back from college at the time.I asked him once again at that time and he said Yes! I'm all bout my buisness.I'm honest and i like to hear others being honest to me too. I have an open ear and i like to listen to other people when they need someone to talk to,in other words i'm the type that will always be there.I like to hang out and do stuff like go to shows,play pool at redheads,walk down the boardwalk and beach, stuff like that. I'm all bout goin out and having a good time and when we're low budget we always chill at my place n watch movies n stuff.For those into music: I also do Recordings/Producer/Sound Engineering type work and have a decent amount of equipment,so yeah if you have a band of any type of music and you need a demo or to record just contact me and we can talk more details bout it.Well if you wanna know anything more about me just feel free to ask...
