Divine Rose

I am a black woman with a deep-rooted passion for music and fashion, aspiring to be successful at what undoubtedly comes natural for me. I have been singing and modeling since I can remember and find them both to be things (beside my beautiful daughter Sierra Ari) that fill me up with irreplaceable and unmistakable joy. I also enjoy writing songs and poetry, designing clothes/hair and dancing because they are all ways, in which, I am fully able to express myself. I want to leave a positive footprint in time, so I focus on making each day I am privileged useful and not just for me, but others around me.Moreover, to go deeper, I yearn for family togetherness. I have yet to feel that in its entirety, so I pray for it everyday and plan to break the cycle through the heaven sent relationship my daughter and I share. I stay focused on the positive thought that someday our relationship will set a great example, of what that type of relationship should be because I was not granted the opportunity to experience the bond everyone should have with their parents or the people they love, cherish and admire. In general, I pray for sincerity, so that our relationships will be genuine, true and everlasting, regardless of the curve balls life will sometimes cast. I am sick and tired of the constant disappoints from the people you would think you have to count on. Through it all, you are fighting never to doubt them, always placing them beyond the clouds and yet, they find some way of letting you down.Nevertheless and not to get it twisted, life has taught me, through experiences, to love with open arms regardless of people and situations because people will be people. I have learned not to dwell on the past but to look to the future because the possibilities are endless! I am a strong believer in everything happening for a reason. Therefore, I view life with a confident eye because you never know. Dreams do come true. I am a witness to that!
