is a dynamic force that is poised to take over the entertainment world in 2008. As a singer, songwriter, dancer and actress, she is a true total package entertainer. Still a young lady, Netta is already a seasoned veteran of the industry, having worked in the studio with legends such as Tupac Shakur, MC Hammer, and D'Wayne Wiggins, as well as sharing the stage with performers such as Bobby Valentino, LaToya London, The Stylistics, and B2K.
Netta's mixtape "Meet Me On The Stage", was released in October of 2007 and has already been gaining the attention of everyone who listens. Taking inspiration from old school R&B, Jazz, and Hip Hop, Netta brings forth a unique style that sits between artists like Janet Jackson, Sheila E and Natalie Cole, yet seamlessly fuses the separate elements as her own. While the music speaks for itself, Netta has been making the biggest waves with her performances. A true entertainer, her electric performance exudes the swagger, enthusiasm, vocals, and choreography to win over even the harshest critics.
In April 2008 Netta participated in "The Def Jam Mega Star Search", which was a contest put together by Shakir Stewart, the new Executive Vice President of Def Jam Records. After performing her single, "Music" (produced by Erk Tha Jerk ), Netta proved that she was ready for the next level, and Shakir chose her as the winner of the contest. In June 2008, Shakir announced on 106.1 KMEL that Netta showed she had the "eye of the tiger" and is the winner of the contest and a demo deal with Def Jam Records. Now with the pieces in place to have real success in the music industry, Netta Brielle is soon to be a household name. STAY TUNED!
